The Honorary Chief Faculty and the Acting President of the IMS is Prof. Dr. Rao, the executive director of ‘UCCA’
the Unarmed Commando Combat Academy.
Prof Dr Rao, is a CQB & UAC for Counter Terrorism and Special Operations Training consultant.
He has trained about 15,000 personnel from the forces in various subjects over the last ten years. Most of his
courses are under the invitation of The Indian Army Chief, the Naval Chief, The Director Generals of Paramilitary Forces,
Army Commanders, Training Academy Commandants, Commanding Officers of Special Operation forces, Director Generals of State
Police and Commissioners of City Police.
